About the role


As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will own key relationships with partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams.


To drive success in this role, you will have a successful track record in developing and executing growth strategies. As a Partner Growth Manager you will deliver solutions based on conversion optimization best practices during new partner integrations and with existing partners. You will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner’s total transaction value or insurance revenue. Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Data Scientists and Designers will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved.



What your working week will involve:

  • Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimization experiments to further optimize yield
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Identify insights, trends and correlations, and optimize performance based on those findings.
  • Evaluate emerging best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Own the solution design of the integration process and work with partners to design the most optimize solution.
  • Develop trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders.
  • Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly.
  • Use data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth

What you will bring:

  • 6-8 years experience and a demonstrated passion for growth hacking techniques
  • Experience in high growth B2C firms in either Design, Product or Marketing roles
  • Deep understanding of web user experience (esp. conversion rate and landing page optimization, pricing strategy, user journeys)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
  • Experience in a fast growing tech or financial services organisation.
  • Experience managing partners and unlocking growth through shared initiatives.
  • Strong people, communication and project management skills
  • Expert problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for enhancing systems, processes and feedback loops.
  • Analytical experience telling stories and convincing stakeholders with data.
  • Experience in data analysis and providing commentary would be advantageous
  • Experience in client or partner-facing roles or considerable exposure to executives and founders would be advantageous
