Your New Role
As the Senior P&C Business Partner you will play an integral role pre-empting business needs and partnering with leaders to deliver impactful people initiatives to enable the organisation to better execute on its growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with executives and senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives, purpose and values
· Anticipate organisational needs and deliver pragmatic, high‑impact people solutions
· Lead talent strategy across workforce planning, succession, capability and leadership development
· Coach leaders on performance, employee relations, change and complex people matters
· Drive organisational design, restructures and change initiatives as the business scales
· Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strong, future‑ready talent pipelines
· Embed inclusion, equity and belonging into everyday people practices
· Use data and insights to inform critical workforce and talent decisions
· Oversee core HR operations, ensuring efficient, compliant and continuously improving processes
· Lead annual remuneration and performance review cycles and external data submissions
· Stay ahead of HR, market and legislative trends to keep the organisation competitive
· Lead and develop the P&C Coordinator, driving accountability and delivery
What we’re looking for
You’re a highly experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity in a dynamic environment to support executives and senior leaders navigate change as our organisation works towards its growth objectives. You’re adept in building rapport and gaining credibility and balancing competing priorities, seamlessly pivoting between business partnering and HR operations. If you have all or most of the following, we’d love to hear from you:
· 10+ years experience in Human Resources, with experience in Financial Services
· 5+ years' experience in a role supporting one or more leaders at executive leadership level
· Proven experience influencing outcomes and uplifting leadership capability
· Experience leading REM reviews and enhancements
· Direct leadership and management responsibilities
· Relevant qualifications
