  • Conduct technical peer reviews and promote engineering excellence and the adoption of automation best practices.

Skills & Expertise Required

  • Relevant industry certifications such as Terraform Associate, Azure DevOps Expert (AZ-400), or equivalent are highly regarded.

  • Proven experience in platform or infrastructure engineering within complex environments such as financial services or government.

  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise configuration management and automation using technologies such as Puppet or Ansible.

  • Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC), software packaging, and automation solutions using technologies such as Terraform, Packer, Chocolatey, or similar.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, API-driven automation, and integration patterns using platforms such as Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, GitLab, or equivalent.

  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux (RHEL) operating systems, configuration management, and supporting infrastructure technologies.

  • Proficiency in YAML and at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, or Ruby, with experience developing declarative automation solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an engineering mindset focused on automation, repeatability, resilience, and service reliability.
