You’re a great fit if you have
A CS degree (or equivalent) and a solid software/platform engineering background.
Polyglot skills (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, TypeScript, React).
Quality‑first habits: strong testing, clean code, and clear Markdown docs.
Git mastery—branching, pull requests, and automated quality gates (GitHub or Bitbucket).
A track record modernizing legacy systems toward cloud‑native with an SRE mindset.
Hands‑on proficiency with public cloud (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (integrated with CI/CD).

Thoughtful use of GenAI in developer workflows.
Deep observability experience (Datadog, Splunk, or ELK) and leading post‑incident reviews.
