RBA is embarking on a major construction project and seeking an experienced leader to establish and implement the project’s Project Management Office (PMO). With a strong focus on governance, control, and risk this is an exciting opportunity to lead and take accountability for this core project function and ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks.
About the role
Use your expertise to collaborate with other senior leaders on strategic direction and drive deliverable performance.
Champion RBA values to build a culture of high engagement across cross-functional teams.
Advise the business on structure, processes, frameworks, and planning.
Lead, guide and develop teams to deliver key project and functional outcomes.
Celebrate success to encourage engagement and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement robust Project Management Office strategies, frameworks, practices and reporting to ensure effective and efficient governance.
Pre-empt, identify, and respond to issues, risks, and opportunities, ensuring strong monitoring and improved business outcomes.
Partner with key project stakeholders to align efforts and deliver seamless change.
Your background
Proven experience leading a Project Management Office for a large-scale project, across governance strategy, workstream controls and accountability structures, reporting and alignment with enterprise frameworks over the full project lifecycle.
Risk, governance, and assurance expertise.
Confidence taking accountability for deliverables and coaching direct reports and stakeholders where required.
Advanced understanding of enterprise policies and processes, providing advice and influencing others to ensure adherence.
Expert working knowledge of project frameworks, change management, business analysis and/or testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
