Senior Pricing Manager, Mortgages

We're seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead portfolio optimisation and pricing strategy for our mortgage business. Reporting to the Product Area Lead, Pricing & Credit Risk, Mortgages, you'll use data-driven insights to drive profitable growth, optimise portfolio performance, and shape strategic pricing decisions that deliver value for both customers and the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead portfolio optimisation across the mortgage value chain, identifying key performance drivers and growth opportunities.

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that improve profitability, reduce attrition, and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Optimise balance sheet performance through margin management, ROE improvement, and cost-to-serve insights.

  • Forecast portfolio and revenue performance, providing strategic recommendations based on emerging trends and market dynamics.

  • Enhance pricing sophistication through advanced analytics, lifecycle modelling, and executive-level business case development.

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a deep understanding of banking products, profitability drivers, and portfolio economics.

  • 8+ years' experience in banking portfolio management, mortgage pricing, retail banking, or consulting within financial services.

  • Advanced analytical and modelling capability, with proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar data tools.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic thinking, data-led insights, and executive communication.

  • Degree qualified in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, or a related field.
