Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Consultant. In this crucial client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex business transformation initiatives. You will leverage your deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Process Mining to analyse, redesign, and optimise their core processes, preparing them to unlock new efficiencies with cutting-edge automation and AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant, measurable impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their unique business challenges, and defining strategic roadmaps for process transformation and automation.
- Process Analysis & Redesign: Lead client workshops and conduct deep-dive analyses of their business processes using process mining tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and key automation opportunities.
- Lean Six Sigma Application: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) to re-engineer client processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational quality and efficiency.
- Automation & AI Readiness: Advise clients on preparing and priming redesigned processes for automation, RPA and AI solutions
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with senior client leaders, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure buy-in, manage organisational change, and facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes.
- Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of re-engineering projects for our clients, defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and measuring post-implementation success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop and present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to client executives, using data from process mining and statistical analysis to quantify potential operational and financial benefits.

Qualifications- Experience in a similar role for a management consultancy, professional services, technology consultancy or system integrator
- Certification: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Process Mining Expertise: hands-on experience with process mining software and its application in a large-scale business environment.
- Consulting Experience: proven experience in a client-facing business process re-engineering, process improvement, or management consulting role.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence senior client stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Superior analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Change Management: Proven ability to lead clients through complex organisational change initiatives.
- Experience with transforming processes for automation and AI optimisation
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Telecommunication industry experience ideally including Network domain (OSS, Core Network & RAN),
