Do you like designing and solving for complex systems, with profound ramifications in a product used by millions of people every day? Do you play 4D chess like it's snakes and ladders? If so, we might have something for you.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Enterprise Group, where you’ll take a leading role in shaping powerful, intuitive experiences for some of our most advanced users.

You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers across London and Tel Aviv, owning end-to-end design for major features that impact large organizations around the world. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives on complexity, is deeply customer-focused, and knows how to deliver elegant solutions at scale.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

About The Role
  • Take full ownership of the design process for core enterprise features—from ideation and discovery through to polished execution.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering leads to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, actionable user experiences.
  • Lead design efforts that support long-term enterprise goals such as scalability, governance, security, and permissioning.
  • Design systems and flows that empower administrators, IT teams, and enterprise users—while keeping our product simple and intuitive.
  • Guide and mentor other designers, raising the bar for quality and craft.
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones (London & Tel Aviv) with a strong async mindset and great communication habits.
  • Contribute to monday.com’s broader design culture—sharing learnings, driving best practices, and pushing our craft forward.

Requirements
  • You bring 5+ years of product design experience, with added points for prior SaaS, enterprise-focused experience
  • Strong UX/UI design skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive, data-driven experiences.
  • Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
