About Multiplier

Multiplier is building the world’s leading Global Human Platform — enabling companies to hire, onboard, manage, and pay talent across 150+ countries.

From global payroll and compliance to benefits and financial workflows, our platform simplifies complex international employment infrastructure so businesses can scale without borders.

As we evolve from a centralized studio model into embedded domain expertise across tribes (Core Payroll, Experience, FinX, Foundations, Benefits), Senior Product Designers play a defining role in raising quality, shaping direction, and driving clarity. This is where you come in.

Role Purpose

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own strategy and execution for a defined product area within a tribe.

You are responsible for shaping experience direction across workflows — not just shipping features. You lead discovery, translate insight into structured design strategy, and drive complex initiatives from concept to measurable impact.

You operate as a domain-level design leader — raising clarity, anticipating risk, and influencing roadmap decisions through insight and structured reasoning.

What You’ll Do1. Drive Insight-Led Discovery
  • Lead discovery efforts within your product area.

  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative signals into structured insights.

  • Frame ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses.

  • Translate insights into clear product recommendations.

  • De-risk assumptions before execution begins.

You help ensure we design the right thing.

2. Shape Experience Vision & Strategy
  • Create insight-backed 6–12 month experience direction for your area.

  • Break vision into staged, shippable increments tied to business goals.

  • Gain stakeholder buy-in for area-level experience strategy.

  • Reframe problems to unlock better solutions when necessary.

You influence what gets built — and why.

3. Lead Complex Execution with Quality
  • Lead cross-squad initiatives with clear experience intent.

  • Eliminate ambiguity in experience definition before build.

  • Anticipate downstream risks across flows, edge cases, and system interactions.

  • Drive high-quality trade-offs across usability, engineering, and timelines.

  • Establish structured post-launch evaluation plans.

  • Create reusable patterns adopted beyond your immediate squad.

You ensure we design the thing right.

4. Elevate Craft & Team Capability
  • Model strong feedback culture and active critique participation.

  • Mentor junior designers and support skill development.

  • Contribute to hiring loops by assessing craft quality and growth potential.

  • Raise the quality bar within your tribe through clarity and standards.

You elevate both outcomes and people.

What Success Looks Like

You are successful in this role if you:

  • Lead discovery that meaningfully shapes roadmap direction.

  • Create coherent experience direction across complex workflows.

  • Reduce rework by anticipating experience risks early.

  • Navigate trade-offs with structured reasoning.

  • Deliver cross-squad initiatives with measurable impact.

  • Leave your domain more coherent and systemized than you found it.

  • Help junior designers grow through mentorship and example.

Scope & Ownership
  • Own strategy and execution for a defined product area.

  • Influence roadmap clarity at workflow/domain level.

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Contribute reusable patterns to the design system.

  • Mentor and model high craft standards.

  • Participate in cross-tribe design forums.

Your influence extends beyond features to domain-level experience coherence.

What We Value
  • Clear thinking over noise.

  • Insight before output.

  • Systems over isolated solutions.

  • Direct, respectful challenge.

  • Craft excellence as the foundation for influence.

We are building a world-class team around Multiplier’s potential. That means designers who think strategically, act decisively, and elevate the work around them.

Who You Are
  • 5–8+ years designing complex digital products.

  • Experienced in leading discovery and framing ambiguous problems.

  • Strong systems thinker who can operate across multiple squads.

  • Confident communicator who earns stakeholder trust.

  • Comfortable navigating financial, operational, and compliance complexity.

  • Motivated to expand influence toward pillar-level direction over time.

Multiplier Values in Action

At Multiplier, we believe:

  • Human experiences matter — even in complex systems like payroll and compliance.

  • Clarity beats cleverness — especially when users navigate multi-jurisdictional workflows.

  • People grow people — and world-class teams are built through mentorship, psychological safety, and a shared voice.

This role lives at the intersection of all three — shaping how we think, design, and deliver in a world without limits.

Why Join Now

Multiplier is at an inflection point.

As we scale our Global Human Platform across markets and capabilities, Senior Product Designers will play a defining role in shaping how clarity, trust, and human-centric design show up in global payroll, benefits, and financial workflows.

We are looking for owners, someone who wants to help evolve a product organization from execution-led to experience-led. If thats you, this is the moment.
