Join Zip's Product team, where we create innovative, customer-centred experiences that make managing money simpler, smarter and more rewarding. Working closely with Engineering, Design and Technology teams, we combine customer insight, experimentation and commercial thinking to build products that delight customers and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

As a Senior Product Manager within our Customer Engagement & Digital Foundations domain, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of products that strengthen customer engagement, increase self-service and drive long-term retention. You'll help shape how Agentic and ambient AI are embedded into our products, creating more intelligent, personalised experiences while building the digital foundations that enable innovation across Zip.

What you'll own
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap across the Customer Engagement & Digital Foundations domain, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities and long-term product strategy.
  • Lead product discovery, validation and delivery, balancing customer value, commercial outcomes and technical feasibility.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver secure, scalable and intuitive customer experiences across web, mobile and digital platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities that improve customer engagement, increase automated self-service and create more personalised customer experiences.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, experimentation and market research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Define success measures and monitor product performance, using data to continuously optimise customer, operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage product risk, ensuring appropriate governance, controls and compliance are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering and Design to build reusable digital capabilities that strengthen Zip's digital foundations and accelerate product delivery.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement and customer-centred product development.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, aligning stakeholders around a shared product vision while influencing outcomes across multiple teams.
What you'll bring to the team

  • Significant experience in product management within technology, fintech, payments, financial services or other customer-centred digital businesses.
  • Experience working on a mobile app (ideally for a FS organisation)
  • Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and delivery across customer lifecycle, digital products, self-service experiences or platform capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using customer insights, experimentation and data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and practical experience exploring emerging technologies, including AI-enabled products, automation, agentic experiences and new digital commerce models.
  • Strong understanding of agile product management, experimentation and customer-centred product development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment around a shared product vision.
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
