The role requires strong product management, systems thinking, stakeholder influence, experimentation, risk management, and practical knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic technologies.

Design, build and operate scalable security platforms for cloud and endpoints. Integrate and automate security tooling into CI/CD and cloud environments using IaC, APIs and scripting. Tune detections, implement guardrails and define security baselines while partnering with DevOps and platform teams to evolve Zero Trust and improve detection quality.

Lead FP&A for ANZ, owning budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, scenario modelling and commercial financial insights. Drive automation, BI/AI forecasting adoption, partner with executives, and manage a team of finance business partners to improve forecasting accuracy and performance management.

Provide practical, commercially balanced regulatory compliance advice across Australia and New Zealand. Support and improve compliance frameworks, monitoring, breach reporting, regulatory submissions, and education. Drive experimentation, AI-enabled practices, data-driven decisions, coach engineering leaders, partner with Product and Design, and evolve capabilities like Open Banking and credit integrations to improve conversion and time-to-value.

Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for customer engagement and digital foundations products. Embed AI-enabled features, drive self-service and retention, partner with Engineering and Design, use data and experimentation to validate opportunities, manage risk and governance, and align stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable web and mobile experiences.

Own growth, retention and commercial success for a portfolio of strategic merchant partners. Develop and execute account strategies, lead commercial negotiations, build C-suite relationships, drive product adoption, run business reviews, monitor market trends, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable improvements and commercial outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for decisioning, credit risk, fraud and customer identity platforms. Provide pragmatic commercial and regulatory legal advice across product development, partnerships and transactions. Advise on Australian consumer credit, financial services and privacy law, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, and partner with Product, Commercial and Compliance to operationalise compliant solutions. Manage external counsel and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Lead and develop engineering teams owning Zip's checkout platforms, APIs, SDKs and integrations. Drive technical strategy, delivery, architecture, resilience, security and use of AI to improve productivity while partnering with Product, Design and Commercial to increase merchant onboarding and customer conversion.
