Lead vision, strategy and roadmap for Zip's mobile and web customer experience. Support and improve compliance frameworks, monitoring, breach reporting, regulatory submissions, and education. Partner with Product, Technology, Legal and Operations to embed controls, manage regulatory change, and engage with regulators and stakeholders to enable compliant growth.

Lead strategy and execution of multi-channel customer and merchant acquisition across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing and SEO. Own forecasting, budgeting, measurement, experimentation and affiliate partnerships. Partner cross-functionally, drive optimisation, and coach a high-performing acquisition team to deliver measurable commercial growth.

Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for customer engagement and digital foundations products. Embed AI-enabled features, drive self-service and retention, partner with Engineering and Design, use data and experimentation to validate opportunities, manage risk and governance, and align stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable web and mobile experiences.

Lead Corporate IT to deliver secure, reliable workplace technology and employee experiences across ANZ. Own strategy, team leadership, IT support, identity and endpoint management, enterprise apps, vendor governance, automation and AI adoption, procurement, and cross-functional governance to improve productivity and service delivery.

Lead Zip's Line 2 Risk Advisory across ANZ, providing independent oversight and strategic advice on credit, financial and enterprise risk. Manage a team of five, deliver risk reporting to executives and the Board, strengthen controls and model governance, embed risk into business decisions, and leverage AI and analytics to improve oversight and efficiency.
