Lead Compliance Advisory across Australia and New Zealand, owning regulatory compliance framework, governance, monitoring and reporting. Lead and develop engineering teams owning Zip's checkout platforms, APIs, SDKs and integrations. Drive technical strategy, delivery, architecture, resilience, security and use of AI to improve productivity while partnering with Product, Design and Commercial to increase merchant onboarding and customer conversion.

Provide L2/3 operational support for enterprise IT platforms, endpoints and infrastructure. Engineer, maintain and automate Microsoft, Apple and cloud workplace technologies; monitor system health, resolve incidents, implement long-term fixes, document standards, run projects and mentor junior analysts while partnering with security and People Ops.

The Associate Director will enhance Zip's controls assurance framework, lead testing activities, and support governance initiatives across ANZ.

Lead transformation of global FP&A by redesigning planning, reporting and forecasting into scalable, automated processes. Act as deputy to Director Group FP&A, deliver board-ready insights, embed AI/LLMs and automation, own budgeting, consolidation and governance, and mentor finance teams to improve decision-making and commercial outcomes.

Lead Corporate IT to deliver secure, reliable workplace technology and employee experiences across ANZ. Own strategy, team leadership, IT support, identity and endpoint management, enterprise apps, vendor governance, automation and AI adoption, procurement, and cross-functional governance to improve productivity and service delivery.
