We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Employee Data teams within our Data Ingestion and Processing camp (Camps are what we call our product teams). This role is pivotal in shaping Culture Amp’s data ingestion strategy—leading efforts to create a single source of truth for employee data, streamline onboarding flows, and enable third-party data partnerships. Your work will empower organizations to unlock the full potential of their employee data, making it easier for customers to leverage insights within Culture Amp.

This role is for those who are passionate about technology and enablement, love working with internal teams, and have strong customer empathy. To succeed, you must be technically conversant, while keeping your focus on customer impact and commercial outcomes. You should also be a strategic thinker who can identify and execute force-multiplying opportunities, while influencing others to join you on that journey.

You’ll work with a cross-functional team and be supported by strong technical expertise. Given the scope, you will also collaborate with other product managers and technical leads to align on high-impact opportunities.

As part of this team of amazing humans,

  • Customer & User Research: Work with designers and researchers to understand and validate both customer and internal product team needs
  • Technical Decision-Making: Partner with engineering to assess technical tradeoffs and drive pragmatic, scalable solutions
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with other teams and camps to build a unified approach to employee data ingestion and enrichment
  • Internal Enablement: Drive adoption of platform services across the organization, helping internal teams leverage platform capabilities for their roadmaps
  • Stakeholder Influence: Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders, influencing product direction and business strategy

You have

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to collaborate with engineers, assess technical tradeoffs, and drive pragmatic, scalable solutions
  • Customer-First Mindset: Passion for simplifying complex data challenges to create seamless customer experiences
  • Communication & Influence: Proven ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders across several time-zones and align teams around a shared vision
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into product strategies
  • Curiosity & Passion for People: You’re a “people geek” at heart, passionate about how technology can enhance workplace culture and employee experiences

We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success. We're committed to fostering a work environment that truly cares for and develops its people, and creates lasting positive impact. In addition to providing a competitive compensation package, some of the key benefits we offer are:
