About Us 🚀

At Relevance AI, we’re building the home of the AI workforce.

Our mission is simple: empower every team to delegate meaningful work to AI agents that think, act, and collaborate like experts.

With Relevance AI, anyone can create and manage intelligent agents that handle workflows, decisions, and collaboration - all within one unified platform. Our technology already powers industry leaders such as Canva, Databricks, Confluent, Autodesk, Lightspeed, Rakuten, Aveva, Qualified, and Activision Blizzard, helping them scale excellence across operations, marketing, and sales.

We’re backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital, and raised our Series B in April 2025 to accelerate growth and push the boundaries of agentic automation.

Headquartered in San Francisco and Sydney, we operate on a hybrid model and thrive on curiosity, collaboration, and execution - we move fast, think big, and win together.

In 2025, we were proud to be named LinkedIn’s #1 Startup in Australia.

The Role 🥳

We're looking for an exceptional Product Manager / Lead to own the product roadmap and delivery for our Builders platform—the foundational infrastructure that every Relevance AI agent and workflow depends on.

We're at a critical inflection point in the company's history, and this role will shape how thousands of AI agents connect to the real world, how customers trust and monitor their agents, and how non-technical users build sophisticated multi-agent systems. The focus broadly spans four key areas: integrations, platform reliability, analytics & observability, and the agent/workforce builder experience. You'll work closely with engineering and founders, where your decisions ship fast and have immediate, measurable impact on customers.

You will dive deep into the product, working across discovery and delivery to improve the customer experience and strengthen the platform foundations. You will engage directly with customers, study the competitive landscape, and use data to guide decision-making. In addition, you will help champion platform improvements across the business by bringing clear product thinking to technical problem spaces.

Your impact💥

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for Relevance AI's integrations ecosystem (eg; HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and beyond), expanding the breadth and depth of connectors that unlock new agent capabilities for customers.

  • Partner with engineering to raise the bar on agent execution reliability, uptime, and error handling; building the trust customers need to run AI workforces on mission-critical, production workloads.

  • Build out the analytics layer that transforms opaque agents into observable, improvable systems, giving customers clear visibility into agent performance, usage patterns, and ROI.

  • Own the no-code builder UX that empowers non-technical users to create, test, and deploy multi-agent teams at any scale; from a single agent to complex, cross-functional AI workforces.

  • Ship other meaningful product improvements fast by diagnosing issues quickly and maintaining a strong execution mindset across day-to-day product work.

  • Make data-driven decisions using metrics and asking the right questions to evaluate product performance and surface what matters.

  • Proactively shape product direction by bringing well-reasoned ideas and trade-off analysis to leadership.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

  • 6+ years as a product manager (2+ years at senior scope or above) with a track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products at scale.

  • Strong technical acumen fluent in APIs, system architecture, data pipelines, and distributed systems. You should be able to engage with engineers on trade-offs as a peer without writing the code.

  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and extensibility concepts such as webhooks, OAuth, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and third-party connector ecosystems.

  • Passionate about AI and agentic systems — excited by the challenge of making LLM-powered agents reliable, observable, and trusted for real production workloads.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, aligning engineering, design, GTM, and founders around a coherent platform strategy through clarity of thinking and strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Exceptional prioritisation skills with a track record of using data, usage metrics, and customer insight to cut through ambiguity and focus teams on what moves the needle.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment — you move fast, make sound calls with incomplete information, and iterate from outcomes.

Why Join Us? 🌟

  • Work at the forefront of AI with a nimble team that is constantly pushing boundaries. We encourage and celebrate ideas that drive our mission forward.

  • We're guided by our five values: truth-seeking, being empathetic, putting the customer first, iterating extremely fast, and building memories.

  • We’ve set high standards in our high-trust, low-ego environment. We hire exceptional people to do the best work of their lives. In return, we reward our people with competitive salaries, equity stake, unparalleled professional growth, and career-defining opportunities.

  • Relevance AI is well-funded by leading investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Insights Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital.

  • As an early team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future—including our culture, ways of working, and even the benefits we offer. We’re laying the foundations now, and your ideas can help define what comes next.
