G’day, we’re Mosh & Moshy.

Our mission is to get Aussies the best possible health outcomes through best-in class health programs. We know the current healthcare system is not meeting the needs of the modern Australian, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our solutions for hair loss, sexual health, skin care, mental health and weight management are easy, accessible and completely discreet.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than the feeling that what you’re doing matters and makes a difference. We’re pretty lucky that this is the norm, not the exception.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this Senior Product Manager will work closely with a cross-functional pod (engineering, design and data), alongside our medical operations and customer support teams, to bring new health programs to life. This role will focus on new ventures at Mosh, while operating within the broader Mosh & Moshy ecosystem.

First up: you’ll be at the forefront of building our Longevity program – a proactive health initiative designed to increase the time Australians spend in good health, not just alive. Half of all Australians live with a chronic condition, and up to 38% of the total burden of disease is preventable – yet most people have little visibility into the risks they carry. Where others stop at insights, we’re focused on action – connecting diagnostic testing with personalised, evidence-based treatment pathways.

This is a rare opportunity to build something that genuinely moves the needle on one of Australia’s most pressing health challenges.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional pod (engineering, design, data) to build new product experiences across acquisition, care and support
  • Act as the central point of alignment across your pod, wider teams and leadership –ensuring clarity on goals, priorities and timelines
  • Own the GTM strategy for the Longevity program – including positioning, target audience, pricing, partnerships and launch approach
  • Work closely with marketing, medical, operations and support teams to bring new products to life
  • Identify new opportunities through user research, defining problems clearly and setting measurable success metrics
  • Operate in a truly agile environment – testing, learning and shipping frequently based on customer feedback
  • Lead user research alongside design to validate ideas and shape meaningful experiences
  • Contribute to the broader product, design and data culture – bringing new thinking and continuously raising the bar

Experience you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful and committed to delivering great customer outcomes – someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and is comfortable testing, learning and iterating.

You’ll likely bring:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in product management within a tech or digital environment
  • Experience working on new products or early-stage initiatives (0→1)
  • Strong communication skills – able to distil complexity and bring stakeholders along the journey
  • A structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think ahead and anticipate edge cases
  • Experience across both qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making
  • Comfort operating at both a strategic and executional level
  • An AI-native mindset – using tools to improve speed, clarity and decision-making
  • A bias for action and comfort working at pace

A passion for health – particularly preventative or men’s health – is a strong plus.

What’s on offer

  • Flexible, hybrid environment – 3 days in-office collaboration in Surry Hills, 2 days from home.
  • Access to on-demand training and development
  • Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Product discounts
  • Two extra paid leave days during our annual office closure
  • Purpose leave (mental health or L&D)
  • EAP and wellbeing programs
  • ClassPass discount
  • The opportunity to shape a new program

Better, together

We value diversity of thought, background, and perspective. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Come help us shape the future of healthcare at Mosh & Moshy!

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
