2025 is all about growth here at Squiz🚀 !

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager to drive how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in market. You’ll be at the centre of Product, Sales, and Marketing - ensuring go-to-market strategies land, customers clearly understand the value we deliver, and our sales teams are fully enabled to win.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-scaling SaaS business. You’ll combine strategic product marketing with sales enablement, making sure our SaaS DXP solutions are launched successfully, adopted widely, and communicated with clarity.

Location: Must be Sydney based and have the ability to visit the office 2/3 times per week.

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Own the strategy and execution of product launches, with a particular focus on our DXP and related SaaS solutions.
  • Define and deliver positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target buyers.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and roadmap discussions, ensuring the customer and competitive lens is represented.

Market Insight & Strategy

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform GTM decisions.
  • Build and maintain buyer personas and customer journeys to guide product and sales activity.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights from the field back into Product and leadership.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales materials including playbooks, battlecards, decks, and case studies tailored to DXP and broader SaaS offerings.
  • Deliver ongoing training and enablement so Sales and Customer Success can confidently position and sell.
  • Ensure content and tools are consistent, accurate, and drive real commercial outcomes.

Internal Education & Collaboration

  • Lead internal education so teams across the business understand product positioning, value, and roadmap context.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align strategy and execution.
  • Capture and share insights from customer conversations, competitors, and frontline teams to shape future GTM.

Leadership

  • Line manage and mentor a junior marketer, helping them grow and contribute effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4–6+ years in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of go-to-market strategy and execution for software products (DXP/CMS experience a strong plus).
  • Strong background in sales enablement and content creation.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to turn complex detail into compelling customer value.
  • Skilled at market research, competitive analysis, and positioning
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Previous line management or mentoring experience.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and a bias for action.
Why Join Us
  • A scaling SaaS business with the energy of a startup and the stability of an established company.
  • Opportunity to own the product story end-to-end and directly shape how we win in market.
  • Work across exciting SaaS products including a modern DXP.
  • A collaborative culture built on curiosity, urgency, and delivering real impact.
  • Room to grow into senior leadership as the business continues to scale rapidly.
