As Senior Product Marketing Manager, APAC, you will play a pivotal role in translating Civica’s global product marketing strategy into meaningful regional impact. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, you will shape how Civica’s value is communicated, understood and realised across APAC markets. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, providing the opportunity to drive commercial outcomes across a diverse portfolio of software solutions serving critical public services.

You will lead the activation of compelling value propositions, regionalise messaging and go-to-market plans, and ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the tools, insights and narratives needed to succeed. Working closely with senior stakeholders across APAC and global teams, you will help create stronger market positioning, improve commercial performance, and amplify the voice of customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Strong product marketing, proposition marketing or go-to-market experience within B2B software, SaaS, technology or public sector environments.
  • Demonstrated experience translating global product or proposition strategies into successful regional market execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and activate compelling customer value propositions, messaging frameworks and sales narratives.
  • Experience leading product launches, go-to-market programmes and proposition activation initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of how product marketing contributes to pipeline growth, conversion, sales velocity and commercial performance.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing and Enablement teams.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear customer value.
  • Experience creating sales enablement content, playbooks, messaging guides and proposition-focused assets.
  • Ability to gather and leverage customer, market and competitor insights to inform go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Proven capability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across diverse functions and regions.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, using performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing customer advocacy, customer evidence and proof-point programmes that support growth and retention.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
  • Experience operating in regional or multi-market environments, with APAC experience highly regarded.
