🇦🇺 Heads up! This role is based in-person at our office in sunny Brisbane, Australia. 🇦🇺

🌎 About Askable

Hey, we're Askable, the world's most loved user research platform. Loved by Woolies, Qantas, Canva, BUPA, CommBank, NAB, Telstra, BBC, Mastercard and hundreds more. We help teams run better research faster, from participant recruitment to insights, so they can build products people actually want. Started in 2017 in Brisbane, now with offices in London and Chicago.

––––––––––––––––––––

💡 About the role

Own how Askable sells: the positioning, the launch narrative, and the words sales uses when a deal is on the line.

Most product marketing goes stale the day it ships. Sales reverts to winging it, and every function tells a slightly different story. AI was supposed to fix this; mostly it just made more docs nobody reads.

You'll have raw material most PMMs would kill for: a category being redrawn by AI, a product shipping faster than the market can track, and proof from a million participants. Your job is to turn that into one sharp story every function runs on.

🛠 What you'll do

  • Own and facilitate GTM: positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, with Sales, Demand Gen, Content, and Success all running off one plan and one story.

  • Build sales enablement that wins deals: battlecards, objection handling, comparison one-pagers, demo scripts. Track what works and iterate.

  • Run an AI-powered product knowledge base as the company's single source of truth, live and current as the product ships.

  • Drive product and feature launches end to end.

  • Keep competitive intelligence current automatically, not quarterly, in a fast-moving category.

  • Partner with Content and Demand Gen on bottom-of-funnel and product-led content that converts intent into meetings.

––––––––––––––––––––

What you need

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, deep in positioning, launches, and sales enablement. You've owned the story for a product, not just supported it.

  • Fluent in how sales qualifies and closes (MEDDICC or similar). You build enablement around the deal, not the feature list.

  • Enablement that sales actually uses, not assets that die in a drive folder.

  • AI fluency in your real workflow. You can show how it's changed the way you work.

  • Competitive positioning in a crowded category, with deals won on differentiation.

  • Sharp writer. You make complex products into a story a salesperson can deliver.

  • Bonus: research, insights, or a data/AI-adjacent background.

––––––––––––––––––––

🚀 The mindset you'll need

  • Win as a team: Proud of your individual work, but winning as a team is what feels best. You give and take feedback well.

  • Independent and curious: No cabinets full of step-by-step instructions here. Think on your feet, manage your own workflow, ask sharp questions.

  • Growth-focused: Stretch goals energise you. Always looking for ways to improve yourself, your team, the business.

  • Quick to learn: Get up to speed on our product fast and stay current as it evolves.

––––––––––––––––––––

🙌 Perks and benefits

Your excitement about the role itself is what matters most. Perks are the icing. 🍰

  • Competitive salary

  • Vibrant, social workplace

  • Askable Days: a bonus paid day off every month (7 weeks annual leave in total)

  • Buffet lunch every day, prepared by our in-house chef

  • Free public transport to and from the office

  • More we'll happily walk you through during the interview

––––––––––––––––––––

☝️ Before you go...

Research shows many people (especially women and minority groups) hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. We're committed to building diverse teams. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly, we'd still love to hear from you.
