Job Description:
We are the team that creates and powers SCPM applications and services for our global listeners. We are the home for tech talent that wants to grow SCPM and build the features using client-server applications. Senior Product Owner drives the roadmap of the product that contains a mix of strategic, compliance, technical and customer driven features. Product Owner provides technical answers to the functional requirements in an Agile development process. The Senior Product Owner should translate business requirements such as development Epics, Stories and should work together with other internal stakeholders like (Pre)Sales, Professional Services, Business Consultants and Product Management team members.
Location: Hyderabad, INDIA
Experience: 7 - 10yrs.
Roles:
- Drive discussions on technical design and architecture to ensure our software is future proof, scalable, secure, and resilient to support our customers business critical processes.
- Work with implementation teams and clients to best support their business processes with our software with a strong focus on system integrations and system resource utilization.
- Produce functional documents, product requirements, functional specifications related to the same.
- Demo the functional solutions to the internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of concepts related to technical architecture, data structures and standard programming practices.
- Strong focus on the systems non-functional requirements and translate those into our systems architecture.
- Maintain and upgrade the domain knowledge and recommend necessary enhancements to the product.
- Manage and facilitate Agile Scrum practices and disciplines in cross functional Scrum Teams including Daily Standups, Retrospective Meetings and Sprint Planning, etc.
- Monitor development progress, course correction, and enforce development methodologies for the project.
- Extensive experience in release management, Jira process.
- Interact with cross functional teams to understand the gaps / problems in the current solution and discuss with internal team to come up with action plan/resolutions for the same.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have excellent analytical skills.
- Should be able to understand business needs, map to product, convince client on suitability of solution, and provide solution to business problems.
- Should be able to understand and review client system landscape and how our software systems interact within that landscape.
- Should have the ability to lead discussions on technical design and systems architecture with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Supply Chain Process Management within the realm of supply chain solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner and solution oriented.
- Clarity of thought and in documentation and presentations.
- Hands-on with agile (epic, user story creation, with wireframes / decision charts etc.)
- Ability to interact with other external/Cross functional teams when needed.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
