The opportunity

As Senior Program Manager – Global Claims Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of a major global transformation program. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide strong governance, structure and insight to ensure strategic outcomes, benefits realisation and alignment across regions and teams.

Your new role

This role supports the Global Claims Transformation Program Director to drive end‑to‑end program delivery, providing clear oversight, robust governance and high‑quality decision support. It requires strong program management capability, comfort operating in complex matrixed environments, and the ability to influence at senior levels across geographies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end‑to‑end program planning, execution and business case management across global and divisional initiatives.

  • Owning program governance, including stage‑gate preparation, controls, and benefits tracking and reporting.

  • Preparing high‑quality papers, updates and recommendations for Steering Committees and senior forums.

  • Managing complex risks, issues, dependencies and decisions to support timely program progression.

  • Partnering closely with technology and business teams to enable transformation outcomes, including data and AI‑enabled initiatives.

  • Driving continuous improvement in program management practices, reporting, tooling and ways of working.

About you

You are a confident and commercially minded program leader who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments. You bring a structured, outcomes‑focused approach, strong consulting craft, and the ability to build trust and influence with senior stakeholders across global organisations.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive experience in program or portfolio management within large, complex organisations.

  • Strong capability in governance, business case development and benefits realisation.

  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions without authority.

  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

  • Experience partnering with technology teams in a transformation context, including data or AI initiatives.

  • Extensive Consulting experience or experience working in highly matrixed, global environments (insurance experience advantageous).
