  • Own the risk management function to assess risk considering schedule or budget impacts
  • Ensure reporting, documentation, and sign-offs on time and in line with our project methodology

Qualifications, Skills and Experience -

  • Tertiary qualification in business, Civil Engineering/ Construction background, or information systems (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years as a Project Manager across construction and technology infrastructure projects
  • Solid understanding of business operations, ideally within Ports or Logistics
  • Experience gathering and shaping both business and technical requirements
  • Hands-on delivery experience with technology infrastructure implementations
  • Comfortable overseeing software and hardware solution design and rollout
  • A knack for writing clear requirements, whether for a technical or non-technical audience
  • Strong analytical skills, with a good handle on product management and software development lifecycle concepts
  • Confident with project management tools, planning, and resourcing
  • A genuine team player, equally comfortable working independently
  • Sharp problem-solver who can make sound calls under pressure
  • Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and a good listener too
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and great at prioritising when things get busy
