Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and can drive outcomes across large-scale strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic enterprise transformation program.
- Manage the RFP process in partnership with Procurement.
- Engage with vendors and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance, reporting, RAID logs and delivery milestones.
- Present updates to steering committees and senior executives, providing clear reporting on project status, risks and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, using sound judgement and high emotional intelligence to influence outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise projects as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging executive and board-level audiences.
- Experience managing RFPs and working closely with Procurement, vendors and solution partners.
- Outcome-focused with excellent planning, governance and risk management capabilities.
- A pragmatic, hands-on delivery style with the ability to influence and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
- Proficient with project management and reporting tools such as Jira.
- Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise transformation programs is highly regarded.
