About the Role

Exciting opportunities await! We're looking for experienced Senior Project Managers who are passionate about delivering complex infrastructure projects and leading high-performing teams. You'll be involved in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects ranging from multi-million-dollar projects to iconic programs exceeding AUD $1 billion, working with multidisciplinary teams and some of Australia's most significant public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

While the following qualifications and experience are highly desired, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. All applications will be considered!

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • 7 to 10+ years' experience in project management within major infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated success in being part of delivering complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial, contract, cost, schedule, and risk management capability.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and inspire project teams.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, procurement, and project controls.
  • Experience managing project scope, quality, and change across the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks while driving successful project outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • A passion for delivering infrastructure that strengthens communities, improves connectivity, and supports long-term economic growth.
