As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our fast-paced, forward-thinking Technology team. Working closely with AI teams, product owners, DevSecOps, solutions architects, business analysts and QA teams, you will lead complex projects from planning through to execution and delivery, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

You will utilise Agile and structured delivery methodologies to maintain clear communication, strong governance and proactive risk management practices, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered accurately and on time. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of intelligent solutions, influence meaningful business outcomes and help deliver next-level digital experiences.
This will be a full time, 12 month fixed term contract position based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week).
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the successful delivery of technology projects by ensuring outcomes align with broader business strategy, objectives and operational priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, internal clients and leadership teams to drive collaboration, engagement and successful project outcomes.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, proactive planning and effective coordination across cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee project resources, timelines and priorities to maximise delivery efficiency and ensure projects remain on track.

  • Identify, assess and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies to minimise impact on delivery outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by embedding best practices, governance standards and lessons learned into future project delivery approaches.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar Senior Project Management role within a fast-paced complex technology environment.

  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent technology projects across FDLC, BI and/or infrastructure environments within a corporate setting.

  • Strong project planning and delivery capability, with experience defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and maintaining accurate project reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience applying Agile & hybrid delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, alongside structured project governance practices.

  • Hands-on experience using project governance and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, including managing project change control processes.

  • Strong attention to detail by ensuring all reporting, documentation and communications are accurate, concise and professionally presented, with a disciplined approach to reviewing and validating information prior to distribution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, manage sponsor interactions and work closely with product owners, DevSecOps, business analysts and QA teams.
