We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Project Manager to help steer our large-scale ERP transformation program. This role is all about connecting the dots between business and IT, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and delivers real value. Let’s talk about the responsibilities
You’ll be:
Leading complex projects across multiple business functions
Building and managing detailed project plans and timelines
Driving execution to meet scope, budget, and deadlines
Managing risks, dependencies, and key decisions (RAIDD)
Acting as the go-to liaison between business teams and consultants
Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
Supporting deployment plans with regional leads
Keeping leadership informed and engaged
Collaborating with change and communications teams
Aligning ERP design with optimized business processes
Tracking KPIs and success metrics to measure value
Driving continuous improvement using best practices
Let’s talk about you
You bring:
A degree in business, project management, or a related field
Project management certification (a big plus!)
5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP or transformation programs
Solid understanding of business processes (Finance or/and Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement)
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
A knack for managing scope, timelines, and budgets in complex settings
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
A proven track record of delivering results in dynamic environments
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
Comfort working with all levels of the business
A data-driven mindset and strong influencing skills
