The OpportunityCochlear has an opportunity for a 2-Year Fixed Term Contract, Senior Project Manager based in our Macquarie University, Sydney office. In this role, the successful Senior Project Manager will be a key member of the Finance workstream within the company-wide Transformation Program, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of key transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include:- Lead end-to-end project management of the Finance workstream (Record to Report).
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, schedules, and risk strategies.
- Collaborate with the PMO and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business value.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication across global and regional finance teams.
- Support change management impact and readiness assessments in partnership with the Program Change Management team.
- Ensure successful rollout of technology solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, meeting financial and compliance requirements.
- Support the Finance Function in adopting new operating models and ERP systems.

- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Strategic thinker with high intellectual curiosity.
- Understanding of enterprise change management practices.
- CPA or CA certification.
- Experience championing Agile practices at senior stakeholder level.
- Experience navigating a global business environment.
