About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst – Guidewire ClaimCenter to join a fast-paced Claims delivery team.

This role will play a key part in ensuring quality outcomes across a Claims-focused project, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing across the full software delivery lifecycle. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on testing activities while helping drive the organisation's broader automation journey.


What You’ll Do

  • Join an established Claims delivery team as the dedicated Test Analyst on a Claims-related project
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple test phases
  • Create and maintain requirement traceability matrices
  • Perform hands-on manual testing across functional, integration, system, and UAT phases
  • Execute complex test scenarios and manage defects through to resolution
  • Produce daily test execution reports and test summary reports
  • Validate integrations and ensure end-to-end business processes operate as expected
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver quality outcomes
  • Contribute to the organisation's test automation journey by identifying automation opportunities and creating automation artefacts within the existing framework
  • Operate within Agile delivery teams while supporting the wider Test Practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Test Analyst across the full testing lifecycle
  • Proven experience within General Insurance and/or Financial Services environments
  • Hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience (certification highly regarded)
  • Experience across both manual and automation testing
  • Strong skills in functional, integration, and UAT testing
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test reports
  • Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams
