About the Role

We’re currently looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join a large enterprise environment, working across Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.

This role will focus on hands-on manual testing across complex integrated systems, with a strong emphasis on Integration Testing and UAT. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure high quality delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on manual testing across complex enterprise systems

• Execute Integration Testing and UAT activities

• Work closely with business stakeholders during testing phases

• Create and manage test cases, test evidence and defect tracking

• Support end-to-end testing across IAM and integrated platforms

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory

• 2+ years SailPoint Testing experience

• Strong manual testing experience within complex environments

• Hands-on Integration Testing experience

• Hands-on UAT experience with stakeholder engagement

• Ability to work onsite 1 day per week

Highly Desirable

• OKTA, AD and Entra ID testing experience

• Workday FIN or HCM exposure

• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr and Confluence

• Exposure to Postman, SoapUI, SQL, XML or JSON

• ISTQB certification
