Your Team
The Customer Analytics team is part of CFS’s Customer Office which is accountable for our customer’s experience of the brand, products, and services. Our team is responsible for customer (member, employer and adviser) insights and reporting. We leverage modern AI-enabled platforms to partner with stakeholders and make insight-lead decision making a daily habit across CFS.
Reporting into our Director, Analytics as the Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst, you’ll own reporting products that help us unleash value through data‑driven action and decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Own reporting products end‑to‑end – discover, scope, build, test, deploy, drive adoption and continuously improve your product.
Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into the delivery of decision‑focused metrics and visuals.
Design insightful Power BI experiences – build clear, consistent dashboards (or an insights pack) that reveal trends, drivers and opportunities.
Write high‑quality SQL and implement robust data quality checks and lineage. Work with data engineers and system SMEs to source and understand data.
Contribute to team culture through participating in Agile ceremonies, analytics initiatives, and foster collaboration.
Your Capability and Experience
Experience in delivering reporting products (dashboards) end-to-end from understanding the business problem, transforming data using SQL, dashboard development and proactively delivering continuous improvements.
Commercial acumen + analytics craft – proven ability to identify drivers, trends and opportunities that lead to tangible results.
Clear communicator who simplifies complexity in writing and in the room, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and making recommendations.
Growth mindset & continuous improvement— curious, adaptable, and delivery‑focused; thrives in iterative delivery.
