The IWC Senior Sales Associate is a pivotal role responsible for leading by example in delivering unparalleled client experiences, driving sales performance, and ensuring adherence to Maison's directives and operational excellence. This role requires a seasoned professional passionate about luxury sales, adept at cultivating lasting client relationships, and committed to acting as a distinguished ambassador for IWC, with client satisfaction and team mentorship as paramount goals.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets, consistently upholding Maison’s directives and the highest standards of service.
- Take ownership of complex client situations, resolve escalated issues, and contribute proactively to the seamless and efficient operation of the boutique.
- Cultivate and nurture an exclusive portfolio of VIP clients, driving repeat business, referrals, and loyalty through advanced clienteling strategies and personalized engagement.
- Act as a leading Brand Ambassador for IWC Schaffhausen, sharing advanced product knowledge, sophisticated sales techniques, and best practices to elevate the entire team's performance and expertise.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of boutique sales strategies, client engagement initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior sales associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
