This role is aligned to Sentral, a proven web-based software solution that seamlessly manages school administration, student data and so much more. About the Role

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Salesforce.com, ensuring the system is configured, maintained, and customised to meet the evolving needs of Sentral. You will work alongside project teams and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the platform, while ensuring data integrity, security, and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring Salesforce to meet organisational needs, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and more;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions;
  • Managing and maintaining the Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth operation and integration with other business systems when required;
  • Overseeing Salesforce releases, test new features, and manage the deployment of updates into production;
  • Designing and implementing automation solutions using workflows, process builder, and approval processes to optimise efficiency;
  • Creating and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and help in data-driven decision-making;
  • Managing user permissions and access levels to safeguard data privacy and ensure system security;
  • Focus on campaign management in Salesforce to track and report ROI on sales and marketing activities;
  • Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.


About You

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys problem-solving, automating processes, and enhancing user experience.   

You will also bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
  • A Salesforce Certified Administrator certification;
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com, including configuration, customisation, and system management;
  • A proven ability to map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline operations;
  • Experience owning or leading projects across Salesforce core clouds;
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Apex, and Visualforce;
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
  • Solid experience in database management and maintaining data accuracy'
  • The ability to train and support Salesforce users at all levels of the organisation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, user-friendly language for diverse stakeholders;
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a focus on innovation in a fast-changing business environment.

Salary

  • The salary range for this role is $130, 000 - $139, 000 + superannuation
  • Please note this is a 12 month parental leave contract

  • Full work rights in Australia  
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check  
  • Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check
