Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
This role leads the Salesforce platform end-to-end, ensuring it delivers consistent value while remaining stable, secure and scalable. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to translate demand into clear priorities, while guiding both delivery and technical direction.
As the Senior Salesforce specialist, you’ll oversee the full Salesforce lifecycle - balancing hands-on technical work with vendor coordination, governance and backlog ownership.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery, from demand intake through to release
Manage and prioritise the backlog, including sprint planning and tracking
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear outcomes
Deliver and oversee BAU support, enhancements and platform lifecycle activities
Provide technical direction across solution design and integrations
Manage vendors and Statements of Work, including performance and costs
Strengthen governance, security and risk management across the platform
About you
Salesforce Administrator certification, with strong platform experience
Experience leading Salesforce delivery in a business-facing environment
Proven experience owning Salesforce delivery end-to-end, including backlog, releases and BAU support
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Hands-on experience supporting SaaS or web-based applications
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Exposure to Agile delivery, IT service management, or financial services (desirable)
