Your Impact

As a Senior Security Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical authority for Splunk’s Security business across the APJC region. You will bridge the gap between complex customer challenges and innovative security solutions, driving strategic growth and technical excellence.

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape the security vision for high-value customers by aligning Splunk’s capabilities with their long-term transformation goals in SIEM, threat detection, and AI-driven Security Operations.

  • Trusted Advisor: Engage with CISOs and senior technical decision-makers to translate business risk into robust technical architectures and solve complex security problems.

  • Sales Enablement: Lead competitive displacement campaigns and complex technical engagements, mobilizing resources across Cisco and Splunk to secure strategic wins.

  • Regional Influence: Mentor and upskill the APJC technical field through workshops, reference architectures, and the development of repeatable technical sales motions.

  • Product Interlock: Represent the voice of the APJC customer to global product and engineering teams, providing critical insights on market trends, competitive threats, and regional requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Significant professional experience in cybersecurity, Security Operations, security architecture, or technical pre-sales/consulting.

  • Deep technical knowledge of enterprise SIEM, threat detection, response, and modern security architecture.

  • Proven ability to engage senior technical leaders and translate complex business/security requirements into enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical sales engagements across diverse geographic and cultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth expertise with Enterprise Security and the broader Cisco security portfolio.

  • Strong understanding of SOC transformation, detection engineering, threat hunting, security automation, and Agentic Security architectures.

  • Experience positioning against leading competitors in the SIEM, XDR, and security data platform markets.

  • Track record of creating technical enablement materials, reference designs, or scalable technical assets.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical architects and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience operating in a regional or APJC-wide technical leadership role.
