Develop enterprise security architectures, lead competitive displacement campaigns, mentor regional technical teams, create enablement assets and reference designs, and communicate customer and market requirements to Cisco and Splunk product and engineering teams.

Defines partner technical strategy, builds executive relationships, expands partner-led routes to market, and scales repeatable architectures, practices, and enablement. Oversees technical sales support for strategic opportunities, aligns Sales, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and partner teams, and drives partner capability, pipeline, revenue influence, talent development, and organizational performance across Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor to accelerate Cisco security product adoption. Lead onboarding roadmaps, workshops, and architectural initiatives, document adoption plans, mitigate adoption risks, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive long-term value.
