As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering ServiceNow solutions that enable clients to improve service management, automate workflows, and optimise business operations.
 

This role requires candidates who currently hold Australian security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps)
  • Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards
  • Support integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance
  • Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Experience with integrations and data migration
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
  • An interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps or Security
