The Missing Link Global Security Operations Centre provides 24x7 Managed Services (MS) support to our clients across a variety of sectors.
As a CyberArk PAM Senior Engineer & IDaM SME, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions across diverse enterprise environments.
Your primary focus will be on Identity & Access Management (IDAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, where you will lead the configuration, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting efforts (Level 2 & 3 support). You will also collaborate with our Security Architects, Engineers and clients to facilitate the transition from implementation project to managed services.

This will include a combination of industry qualifications as well as vendor-specific certifications specific to your role.
Requirements
Essential
- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years in PAM operations.
- Proven expertise in CyberArk PAM administration and architecture.
- Lead the operational management and optimisation of the CyberArk PAM platform, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA.
- Strong exposure to IDAM & PAM products such as SailPoint, Okta, Beyond Trust and Microsoft Entra in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, access governance, RBAC, least privilege principles, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access etc.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to identity and access management and their impact on IAM.
- Collaborate with Customers, Vendors, and compliance teams to align identity security with operational goals
- Lead incident response and remediation efforts related to privileged access
Desirable
- Widespread knowledge of technology across applications, databases, operating systems, IP networks, storage, and backups.
- Hold the below advanced vendor certifications;
- CyberArk CDE in PAM, Privilege Cloud.
- SailPoint IdentityNow/ IdentityIQ certification.
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Desirable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps integration.
- Scripting languages, e.g. PowerShell, Python are beneficial for automation and integration tasks.
- Active involvement in ongoing professional development and industry engagement, including participation in advanced cybersecurity forums, webinars, workshops, and professional networks.
