We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to do far more than deliver user stories.

The Senior Software Engineer reports to the Development Manager, and it is an individual contributor role.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and build modern full-stack applications.
- Own technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practice.
- Improve CI/CD, testing, observability and operational excellence.
- Drive reliability, scalability and performance across our platforms.
- Lead incident response and drive operational improvements to prevent repeat issues.
- Champion AI-assisted engineering to improve productivity and quality.
- Shift quality left by shaping acceptance criteria, edge-case coverage, and verification practices to identify issues early.
- Confirm features are genuinely live, working as intended, delivering measurable outcomes for customers, and meeting business metrics.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to solve complex customer problems.
- Mentor engineers and help grow technical capability across the team.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and building cloud-native software while helping your team deliver reliable, scalable products.
