What you'll doAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will help define and implement our team’s engineering strategy which will include contributing to the selection and rollout of patterns and frameworks across the emerging Yield squad.
As a team, we will own the client investment & settlement workflows (signup, investment, redemption), reconciliation control, unit registry / investment ledger and integration rails with our investment providers.
Who you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:Have an interest in the financial domain
Have experience solving distributed systems challenges - scalability, consistency, latency.
Enjoy engaging in collaborative multi-functional teams
Mastery of backend technologies is essential. While we do not mind what language you have most recently been using, we are using Kotlin w/ vert.x, Temporal & Kafka
Previously worked with automated tests and been involved in quality control processes.
Engaged with cloud technologies like (GCP/ AWS) with additional exposure to technologies like docker and Kubernetes
Experience integrating with observability tooling such as Splunk, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana
