AutoRABIT is the leading DevSecOps platform purpose-built for Salesforce. We help some of the world's largest enterprises and government agencies deliver Salesforce applications faster, more securely, and with complete governance.

Our platform includes CI/CD, static code analysis, security posture management, backup and recovery, and compliance solutions used by organizations where security and uptime are mission critical.

We are expanding our presence across Australia and New Zealand and are looking for an exceptional technical leader to support customers, partners, and enterprise sales opportunities across the region.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Solutions Engineer role.

We are looking for someone who combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with strong commercial instincts. This person will serve as the technical face of AutoRABIT across ANZ—running discovery sessions, delivering demonstrations, leading proof-of-concepts, and guiding customers through technical evaluations.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-facing, and comfortable supporting sales conversations from early discovery through technical validation and close.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer environments.

  • Design and execute proof-of-concepts.

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

  • Present to CIOs, CISOs, architects, and Salesforce Centers of Excellence.

  • Build technical credibility around DevSecOps, security, CI/CD, governance, and compliance.

Sales Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales to develop account strategies.

  • Participate in executive meetings and commercial discussions.

  • Help qualify opportunities and drive technical wins.

  • Assist with solution positioning and customer value articulation.

  • Contribute to territory planning and pipeline development.

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.

Market Development

  • Become a key technical representative for AutoRABIT across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Build relationships with Salesforce, GSIs, and consulting partners.

  • Represent AutoRABIT at industry events and Salesforce community meetings.

  • Share market feedback to influence product direction and customer success.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years working with Salesforce enterprise customers.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform development.

  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

  • Comfortable speaking with developers, architects, executives, and security teams.

  • Self-starter capable of operating independently across ANZ.

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect certifications.

  • Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps.

  • CI/CD platforms.

  • GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

  • Static code analysis or application security testing.

  • Cybersecurity or governance solutions.

  • Enterprise SaaS sales support.

  • Experience working with regulated industries including financial services, government, insurance, or healthcare.

Why This Role is Different

Most Solutions Engineers support a territory.

This role helps shape one.

You will have the opportunity to influence customer strategy, partner closely with Sales, support major enterprise opportunities, and help establish AutoRABIT as a leader in Salesforce DevSecOps across Australia and New Zealand.

Success Looks Like

During your first 12 months, you will:

  • Become the trusted technical advisor for ANZ opportunities.

  • Achieve a technical win rate above 80%.

  • Build strong relationships with Salesforce and strategic partners.

  • Help generate new pipeline alongside the sales team.

  • Contribute directly to new customer acquisition and expansion.

  • Become recognized as a leading Salesforce DevSecOps expert in the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This is the person who says, “Let me run the demo... and by the way, I think we should pursue these three accounts next.”

They enjoy solving technical problems but are equally energized by building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping grow a business. They are not “just an SE.” They are a technical seller, a customer advisor, and a critical part of the go-to-market team.

This role should attract candidates with the profile of a Principal or Senior Solutions Engineer from Salesforce, Copado, Gearset, GitHub, Datadog, Wiz, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Okta, HashiCorp, or MuleSoft.
Must live in and be eligible to work in Australia. This job is 100% remote but requires travel up to 20%.

Compensation

  • Base: A$200,000 - A$230,000 depending on experience

  • OTE: (70/30 split)

  • Equity: Meaningful options/RSUs
