The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in partnering closely with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions.

You’ll be more than just a recruiter — you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping attract exceptional talent, strengthen employer brand and influence hiring strategy across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
  • Manage multiple vacancies across technical, sales, operational and corporate functions
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
  • Drive recruitment best practice, process improvement and stakeholder engagement
  • Support employer branding initiatives, talent campaigns and networking activities
  • Work closely with agencies where required while maximising direct sourcing outcomes
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role - Minimum 5-8 years Recruitment/ Talent Experience.
  • Experience recruiting Sales professionals would be desirable.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Agency recruitment experience highly regarded
