Manage a portfolio of cloud customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals and growth. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalations, and advocate internally to improve product and service outcomes.

Provide high-level executive support to the Group Executive on a 13-14 month parental leave contract: manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, prepare board reporting and presentations, plan events and leadership offsites, track projects and actions, handle expenses and purchase orders, and support business communications across the organisation.

Lead Group budgeting, forecasting, and five-year planning. Maintain three-way financial models, deliver strategic analysis to executives, manage FP&A processes and systems, support investor relations, and mentor a Financial Analyst/Modeler.

Hunt and win new enterprise and mid-market customers for voice, mobile, data, cloud and managed services. Prospect, build executive relationships, create commercial solutions, negotiate and close deals. Lead opportunities end-to-end with Solution Architects and technical specialists, manage pipeline and forecasts, and prepare proposals and tenders.
