Lead engineering and technical design for data centre projects across feasibility to handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants to deliver buildable, compliant, resilient designs with focus on prefabrication, safety-in-design, standards compliance, cost and supply-chain optimisation, and sustainability.

Lead delivery of major mission-critical data centre capital programs from design through commissioning and operational handover. Own budgets, governance, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and PMO maturity to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to high quality standards.

Manage a portfolio of cloud customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals and growth. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalations, and advocate internally to improve product and service outcomes.
