Translates technical concepts into commercial value, supports secure and regulated cloud environments, and mentors sales and technical colleagues.

Hunt and win new enterprise and mid-market customers for voice, mobile, data, cloud and managed services. Prospect, build executive relationships, create commercial solutions, negotiate and close deals. Lead opportunities end-to-end with Solution Architects and technical specialists, manage pipeline and forecasts, and prepare proposals and tenders.

Drive new customer acquisition and close complex technology sales across named Federal Government accounts. Build senior stakeholder relationships, develop business cases and tailored solutions with technical teams, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, consistently achieve quotas, and support marketing and government engagement initiatives. The role requires at least five years of successful technology sales experience, strong federal government relationships, executive-level selling experience, and excellent commercial, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Manage commercial and contractual aspects of major data centre construction and infrastructure projects from procurement to handover. Coordinate across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and delivery teams, negotiate contracts, administer commercial events, manage variations/claims, maintain contract governance, and ensure compliance and on-schedule delivery of multi-million-dollar projects.

Manage a portfolio of cloud customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals and growth. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalations, and advocate internally to improve product and service outcomes.

Design, approve and implement secure networking, SD-WAN, voice and security solutions for enterprise customers. Own technical delivery from post-sales through implementation, testing and operational handover, collaborate with project and operations teams, maintain documentation, provide technical leadership, and drive automation and continuous improvement.
