We are looking for an exceptional Corporate & International Tax professional to join our Tax Advisory team as a Senior Manager. This is a role for a technically accomplished advisor who is equally comfortable solving complex cross-border problems, building enduring client relationships, and developing the next generation of tax talent.
You will work directly with Partners on multinational engagements, lead a high-performing team, and play a pivotal part in the continued growth of a national practice with genuine global reach through the Crowe Network.
Your role, your contribution!
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of multinational clients
- Lead the delivery of complex corporate and international tax advisory engagements, providing clear, commercially focused advice
- Provide technical advice on cross-border matters, including structuring, treaty analysis, hybrid mismatch rules and international tax implications
- Advise on Pillar Two implications, readiness, and implementation strategies
- Support and lead M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration
- Design and advise on tax risk management frameworks and governance
- Identify tax risks and opportunities, particularly within large corporate and SGE groups, and develop practical solutions aligned to client objectives
- Manage and lead ATO reviews and audits, including risk management, strategy, and regulator engagement
- Assist Partners with workflow management, resourcing, and engagement planning
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and formal development processes
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tax technology solutions, including the use of AI and automation, to enhance efficiency, insight, and client delivery

What you will bring to the role:
- Strong experience in corporate and international tax
- Experience managing or advising large multinational, including complex regulatory environments
- Exposure to or interest in tax technology, data analytics, or AI-driven solutions in a professional services environment
- Relevant qualifications in Tax, Law, Commerce or similar
- CA/CTA professional qualification
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and manage engagements independently
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
