The Opportunity
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role connecting business and IT, ensuring our technology solutions are robust, scalable, and truly meet organisational needs. You’ll work across teams to turn business requirements into actionable outcomes and help drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture and document requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process models, and specifications for delivery teams.
• Lead workshops and facilitate collaboration to keep everyone aligned and engaged.
• Analyse existing processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Support solution design, data modelling, and reporting to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive testing, data validation, and user acceptance to deliver solutions that work.

About You      

As a communicator and collaborator, you’re comfortable engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear actions. You’re organised, detail‑driven and delivery‑focused, with a calm, solutions mindset in fast‑moving environments. You build trust quickly, facilitate alignment, and bring curiosity and initiative to continuous improvement.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT/technology or data‑driven environments, delivering change end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated experience driving outcomes in a complex corporate environment with experience in Funds/Property/Real Asset highly regarded
• Proven ability to define requirements for system enhancements, integrations or data platforms (user stories, process flows, functional specs).
• Hands‑on experience in Agile/hybrid delivery (workshops, backlog, acceptance criteria, UAT).
• Strong analytical capability across systems, data flows and interfaces; comfortable diagnosing impacts and risks.
• Tertiary qualification in IT/Business/Computer Science (bonus: SQL, Power BI/Tableau, data warehousing/APIs.
