As we transition to a standalone entity, the Endeavour Business Services program is tasked with migrating critical Business Support Services (BSS) and Finance Support Services (FSS) functions away from Woolworths systems.  

The Senior Technology Project Manager leads the delivery of all technology solutions required for this transition that fall outside the core ERP Program scope. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the Endeavour Merchandise and Finance teams have the digital tools, connectivity, and automated processes necessary to operate independently. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse tech workstreams, including ServiceNow engagement forms, telephony migrations, bespoke application transitions, intranet sites, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of diverse technology workstreams required to transition BSS and FSS teams from Woolworths, ensuring all solutions are fit-for-purpose and delivered on schedule.

• Workstream Coordination: Manage the delivery of specific tech solutions, including ServiceNow engagement forms, telephony solutions, intranet sites, and RPA bots, ensuring they align with broader program timelines.

• Bespoke App Migration: Oversee the transition and stabilization of bespoke applications, ensuring data integrity and functional parity post-migration.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clearly and consistently with One Endeavour leadership and technology stakeholders to provide delivery confidence and proactively escalate blockers.

• Resource & Vendor Management: Facilitate planning and execution workshops with internal engineers, RPA developers, and external vendors to align technical activities with business needs.

• Business Impact & Risk: Oversee business impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with tool transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to finance and support operations.

• Governance & Budget: Manage project scope, timelines, and budget in alignment with Endeavour’s delivery and governance frameworks.

• Testing & Support: Support the testing, verification, and early-life support of new systems to ensure a seamless transition for end-users.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 7+ years of experience in project management roles

• Strong technical background in networks, infrastructure, applications, and data migration

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute detailed cutover plans

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to lead under pressure

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable

• Familiarity with retail or related industries

• Experience with ERP systems and cloud migrations

• Certification in relevant frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Prince2, or PMP)
