Your role as the Senior Test Analyst is based in our DTD QA Practice and will be part of a Persistent Scrum Team . Your will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Rest products & services by designing, executing, and managing comprehensive test plans and test reports; identifying defects early, improving product performance, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet business and user requirements, thereby reducing risks and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support test automation initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites to improve regression coverage and delivery efficiency, while providing mentorship and guidance to QA resources to uplift automation capability and best practices.
- Design, plan, and execute functional and performance testing across web and mobile platforms, validating system stability, scalability, and responsiveness in line with defined non‑functional requirements.
- Own and maintain Digital Test artefacts, including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports, ensuring documentation is current, accurate, and reflective of evolving project scope, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage test execution activities across functional and non‑functional testing streams, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery goals, sprint cadence, and release milestones.
- Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of test cases within Zephyr, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business, technical, performance, accessibility, and integration requirements.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities with third‑party vendors, ensuring test phases, deliverables, and quality outcomes align with agreed project goals, timelines, and governance expectations.
- Champion Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Shift‑Left testing approaches, embedding quality early in the delivery lifecycle and ensuring the overall testing strategy aligns with Agile methodologies and delivery best practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in technology.
- Formal QA certification/s relevant to the role.
- Demonstrate strong hands‑on technical testing capability across visual, functional, accessibility, API, and integration testing, ensuring end‑to‑end quality coverage across digital channels using front‑end technologies such as React, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Playwright.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong problem solving and influencing skills with the ability collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, vendors, and other stakeholders within an Agile delivery framework to align on test strategy, scope, and expected outcomes.
