Role Summary

Set technical direction and standards for production test systems, scaling globally and building team capability.

What you’ll do
  • Own production test strategy across products and sites, including coverage philosophy, fixture architecture, calibration approach, validation evidence, and readiness gates.

  • Lead architecture and delivery of production test systems that scale globally, ensuring stations, fixtures, instrumentation, software interfaces, and data flows are reliable and repeatable.

  • Set standards for production testing fixture architecture, instrumentation strategy, validation evidence, interface design, and ongoing maintenance/calibration.

  • Drive cross-functional execution for NPI and major ECNs with clear go/no-go calls, aligning fixture, process, product, firmware, and software trade-offs.

  • Create leverage through mentoring and technical leadership for production test engineers and technicians, while staying close to critical technical decisions.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven technical leadership of production test or test engineering teams, with experience taking test systems from development through production release and ongoing improvement.

  • Deep knowledge of test systems, fixture architecture, calibration, data pipelines, and factory operations, including how test coverage, yield data, traceability, and validation evidence are used to make production decisions.

  • Strong communicator; able to align Production Process, Machine Design, Product Design, Firmware, Production Software, Quality, and factory teams on complex technical programs, trade-offs, and readiness decisions.
