  • Bring rigour, structure and insight to complex initiatives that matter most to the business
  • Enable executive decision-making through clear metrics, governance and performance reporting

As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the disciplined delivery and value realisation of Endeavour Group’s strategic transformation portfolio.

Working within the Results Delivery Office, you will structure, govern and monitor key transformation initiatives that cut across business units, ensuring they are aligned with strategic objectives, on track, and delivering measurable business outcomes across all relevant business units.

  • Provide strategic and analytical insights to senior stakeholders, informing decision-making across all transformation initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and rigorously prioritise high-impact transformation opportunities in collaboration with key business departments.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external teams to define, structure, and unlock transformational value across the Endeavour Group.
  • Establish and embed key performance metrics (KPIs) and clear value realisation targets for all transformational projects.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of performance reports and conduct necessary benchmarking activities for the Results Delivery Office portfolio.
  • Provide expert support and governance to business divisions in refining impactful transformation metrics and disciplined execution.
  • Champion and cultivate a data-driven decision-making culture by applying robust analytical approaches to transformation efforts.
  • Lead and embed effective Change Management strategies across initiatives to ensure user adoption, sustainment of new ways of working, and maximisation of realised benefits.
  • Proactively manage and mitigate program risks and interdependencies across the transformation portfolio to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth, timely delivery.
     

Qualifications

  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting).
  • Sector Experience: 4-6 years of experience driving strategy and transformation within a professional services firm 
  • Impact Track Record: Proven ability to deliver strategic insights and execute cross-functional programs that generate measurable value.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong practical understanding of commercial operations, financial management, and business case validation
  • Process & Rigour: Experience leading business process re-engineering and ensuring disciplined execution
  • Executive Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to shape decision-making among senior leaders
  • Change Leadership: Demonstrated capability to drive organisational change effectively and efficiently, ensuring adoption and sustainment
