The Opportunity

This is a 6-month full-time contract position.

We are looking for a UX Designer and researcher who thrives at the intersection of human behavior, business strategy, and digital innovation. This is a pivotal role within our UX team, perfect for a practitioner who is ready to move beyond "just making things look good" to solving complex, large-scale problems that have a tangible impact on users' lives.

As a senior practitioner, you will be a lead voice in our discovery and delivery phases. You’ll become part of our in-house UX team, supported by our UX Director. On projects, you will work alongside cross-functional teams of digital strategists, designers, developers, and project managers to translate deep user insights into intuitive, scalable digital products. You aren't just here to execute; you’re here to influence the product roadmap, add to team capability, and champion a culture of evidence-based design.

This Senior UX role can be based out of Melbourne or Sydney
