We’re looking for a Senior Vice President of Product to lead this next chapter.

This is a rare opportunity to take a clear, established product strategy and accelerate execution, delivering meaningful impact for customers, consumers, and the business, and have a meaningful impact on the product evolution and business success.

Reporting to the CEO & Co-Founder, You will:

• Accelerate execution of our product strategy
• Lift performance, accountability, and speed to market
• Embed AI-enabled ways of working
• Strengthen connection between product, customers, and commercial outcomes

• Own and deliver a high-impact, outcome-driven product roadmap
• Improve speed to market and delivery performance across teams
• Bring clarity, focus, and discipline to prioritisation and execution

• Improve key metrics across conversion, engagement, and retention
• Drive marketplace performance and revenue outcomes
• Ensure product investment is commercially focused and ROI-driven

• Lead, inspire, and uplift Product, Design, and Product Ops teams
• Embed a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Build capability and future leadership bench strength

• Deeply understand tradie and homeowner needs
• Bring the voice of the customer into every decision
• Strengthen company-wide connection to product and impact

• Embed AI into product experiences and internal ways of working
• Unlock productivity gains through smarter tools and automation
• Keep hipages at the forefront of digital marketplace innovation

• Proven executive-level product leadership experience (SVP / CPO / VP Product)
• Degree qualifications in computer science or equivalent, Masters education highly regarded
• A track record of delivering at scale , not just setting strategy
• Experience in marketplaces, platforms, or digital businesses
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
• Ability to build high-performance, accountable teams
• A bias for action, pace, and outcomes

• Significantly improved delivery speed and roadmap execution
• Delivered measurable uplift in product and commercial performance
• Embedded a high-performance, accountable product culture
• Scaled AI-driven product and productivity initiatives
