About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with hands-on ServiceNow experience who is looking to further develop their technical and consulting capabilities while working on enterprise-scale transformation projects.

You will work closely with senior consultants, developers, architects, and clients to support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. The role will provide exposure across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM, as well as system integrations and platform development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of solution design documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs.
  • Configure and customise ServiceNow applications in accordance with platform best practices.
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops, design discussions, and solution playback sessions.
  • Support the development and testing of integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, and SOAP services.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout delivery engagements.
  • Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, user guides, and technical artefacts.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations to clients where required.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Approximately 2-4 years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as:
    • ITSM (IT Service Management)
    • HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
    • SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
    • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and administration.
  • Experience or exposure to integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong documentation and organisational capabilities.
Desired Experience
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations or HR technology platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile project environments.
  • Previous consulting or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
