Advises clients on identifying, designing, implementing, and governing AI capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. The consultant facilitates discovery workshops, translates business needs into AI-enabled solutions, configures Copilot and Copilot Studio, supports AI agents and automations, contributes to proofs of concept, and assists with customer engagement, demonstrations, governance, and pre-sales activities.

Deliver contractual outcomes supporting renewals, act as a senior escalation authority, manage client-specific requirements, mentor engineers, and ensure service continuity and onshore capability commitments.

Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud data platforms, pipelines, data models, lakehouses, and warehouses using Microsoft Azure and Fabric. Integrate cloud and on-premises sources, develop transformations with SQL, Spark, and Python, and implement governance, security, quality, CI/CD, and performance controls. Support the design, configuration, implementation, testing, integration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM. Participate in requirements workshops, solution documentation, stakeholder collaboration, defect resolution, deployments, and client support. The role involves enterprise transformation projects, platform administration, REST and SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and ongoing process improvement.
